In the real estate industry for 10 years and counting, Alan Lai currently holds the title of a Senior Associate District Director at Orange Tee & Tie Ptd Ltd.
He was a former Associate Deputy Division Director at KF Property Network Pte Ltd, where he achieved stellar results such as being the No.1 Top Rookie in 2011, Top Project Sales Producer from 2013-2018 and Top Associate Deputy Division Director for the years 2014, 2016 and 2017. In addition, Alan is a Property Wealth Advisor.
KASH LOOMBA
In the real estate industry for 12 years and counting, Kash Loomba currently holds the title of a Senior Associate District Director at Orange Tee & Tie Ptd Ltd.
He was a former Pinnacle Advisor at KF Property Network Pte Ltd, where he achieved stellar results such as being the Top Producer in both local and overseas projects from 2008-2019. In addition, Kash is an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment(ACTA) trainer and conducts Continuing Professional Development(CPD) in Closing Skills.
